Our Story
Who are we?
The Jefferson Travel Group was established in 2013 as Atlanta’s Frugal Globetrotters aka Frugal Globetrotters. Throughout the years, we have grown so much that we had to drop the name Atlanta because it expanded into different states. Then we dropped Frugal Globetrotters because even though we trot the globe…sometimes we want to enjoy a glamorous trip where frugality is not a concern. This is called “normalizing doing what YOU want to do”. Our concept is to create travel events around the world where you can go and be yourself and do what you want to do. Our group trips are never large and overwhelming. We keep it small and drama free!
What We Offer…
We offer well-planned group trips that include a balance of activities and leisure time. We also try to incorporate multiple destinations to our itinerary so that you can have a great cultural experience.
The Jefferson Travel Group manages every concept of the trip. From the flights, airport transfers, hotel accommodations, tours, etc…you will not have to worry about a thing. The Jefferson Travel Group got your back the entire trip.

About the Creator & Founder
Meet Shanese, pictured on the right, the owner and founder of Jefferson Travel Group. 9 years ago the government had shut down and Shanese had a vision to not let the current situation hinder her happiness. So she set out to do what she loves….travel.
