Identification: Anyone traveling with us are required to make reservation in the name that is printed on your passport. If you need to make changes to a name after travel documents have been issued, you will be responsible for all name change fees.
Payments: All reservations can be made online with a debit or credit card.
Refunds: All payments to The Jefferson Travel Group are non-refundable and non-transferable. If for some reason you are not able to travel, you must have someone to replace you to be considered for a refund.
Roommate Matching: You will be matched with a roommate once you have paid 100% of the balance.
Passports and Visas: You are responsible for ensuring you have the proper travel documents and MUST CHECK to see if a passport and or visa is needed for your trips. You are also responsible for checking to see what Covid test or vaccines are needed for your destination. Passports are required to be valid for at least 6 months after the date of travel. Please have a least one blank page for each country you are visiting. If you have lost an extreme amount of weight or have changed your look drastically, you are responsible for updating your picture or deal with the possibility of being detained.
Travel Insurance: You are responsible for getting travel insurance. It highly recommended during the Covid pandemic.
Prices: All prices listed are per person based upon shared twin room, unless specified. Prices do not include items of personal nature. Prices are correct at the time of publication, however, prices are subject to change as prices continually fluctuate.
Deposit: A deposit is due at the time of reservation. All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Late Payment: If there is an outstanding balance, by the final due date, a $100 late fee will automatically be added to your invoice.
